Polka Doodles Dt Card

Hi Guy's,

here my late card for Polkadoodles latest challenge

It's SUMMER....

I decided to go with an image from Emma Canning you can get them all here.

the whole range is fab and I just cant wait to see the Christmas ones.

I have used this gorjuss digi and her name is SUMMER I know I cheated a bit lol.

I've coloured her in copics and all the papers, sentiment and huge flower have

all been distressed with my distress inks.

the papers and sentiment are from the Sugar Plum Daisy CD.

I made the flower from the Tim Holtz tattered flowers die.

I am part of the Simply Betty Stamps Facebook Group

It's one of the best groups on facebook and I just love everyone in it.

Honestly everyone is super friendly and always there to answer any questions

on crafting and colouring techniques.

The other week Betty came up with the idea of pairing up with a partner and

sending each other a tumbler full of crafting goodies..

I was paired up with the lovely Kelly and this is the haul she sent me.

Charisma Cardz DT card

this is my last post as part of the Charisma Cardz DT.

I've had to step down, an opportunity has come up and it was just too good to turn down.

I have used a Saturated Canary Freebie image called FANCY..

I must say sorry about the poor picture, I'm so disapointed cause it's so much better

in real life :-(

Redonkulous Designs DT Day

It's time for me to share my Redonkulous Designs DT card.

I originally made a beautiful card and matching candle using

a gorjuss floral frame that I wanted to share but I gave it to my friend

without taking a picture :-( she liked it though)

so I had to make a quick card using the fab baby elephant.

The elephant was coloured with my copics, I then distressed the image with

distress inks using a blending tool and my splodgeaway mat..

I added a few buttons and some ribbon to finish it off.

Creative Inspirations DT card

Its time for another challenge at Creative Inspirations.

this week we have a colour inspirations for you.

Don't worry if you don't have the exact shades ( I never)

just use the nearest you have to them. I went with peach and blue.

I have used Spring from Saturated Canary and have coloured her with copics.

The clouds I did using some masks I made out of my splodgeaway mat and

distress inks, the tickets are from Tim Holtz..

this week at Creative Inspirations

we would like to see some altered art or anything but a card.

For my DT inspiration I have altered a little note book.

I'm going to use this myself to keep a track on what I eat..

I joining Slimming World 5 weeks ago and have lost 1 stone and 1/2 lb already.

I used some old scrabble tiles to spell the word hope, cause thats me every weigh in lol

I've coloured her with copics and added some lace and flowers from my stash.

Charisma Cardz DT card

Hi there bloggers,

It's time for another challenge from Charisma Cardz.

This week we want you to recycle something......I recycled a bit of ribbon off my cardi,

you know the little bits of ribbon on most clothes, well I cut all mine off lol

I've used Butterfly Princess from saturated canary, I've coloured her with copics,the

papers are from first edition. All the flowers and embellies are from my stash, I cant remember

where the lace is from found a little scrap in the bottom off a box I've had for ages.

I picked the top line

Pink/ Pearls/ glitter.

For my card I have used a freebie image from Saturated Canary.

She has been coloured with copics and the dress is covered in angel dust.

The embossing on my backing paper was made using a Splodgeaway mask, the sentiment is from clarity stamps.. I have made this for the Saturated Canary Challenge
