Sarah Hurley DT Card

Morning All, here's my card for this weeks Sarah Hurley Challenges . This week the challenge is to do some masking on your projects and omg did i struggle with this one, anyway after what felt like hours and hours i came up with this. I'm entering it into the anything goes challenge blog. I have used the 2 deer stamps from the woodland whimsie stamp set and dp's are from the cd of the same name.

Morning Guys, Its Thursday already so it's time for another Sarah Hurley Challenge, This week we want to see some embossing on your projects, The DT have came up with some fabulous examples for you so pop over and take a look. You dont have to use Sarah's products but if you do she'll love ya forever lol.....This week we also have a new girl on the team it's me mate Patsi, well done hun, Welcome to the team..

My card has been made using the snowflake stamps from the Christmas Cheer stamp set, then i embossed them with clear embossing powder, added a bit of ribbon from my stash and the embellies are from the Christmas Cheer cd...this card fits a couple of challenges as well so i'm entering it into........

Sarah Hurley DT Card

Morning Guys,

It's Thursday and that means it's time for The Sarah Hurley Challenge..

This week it's Teri's chioce and she has choosen FLOWERS.

I decided to go with a cas card this week(i do feel like i have cheated a bit with this one)

I have used the gorjuss papers from the vintage christmas folder again fron the christmas cheer cd in red and cream, i love these can you tell?

The flower has been made simply by cutting some scalloped circles with my nesties, the sentiment is stampin up and dew drops from my stash, i hope your all having a great week.

Morning guys, i should have posted this yesterday but i was in work all day then just had time afterwards to make some tea i then had to run out for a darts cup match which we won whoo hoo so sorry i just never got the time..

here's my DT card for Sarah Hurley Challenges this week its snowflakes, i have used elements off the christmas cheer cd the retro collection.. the penguin has been clear embossed a few times then i popped it in the freezer for 10 mins then just bent it to get the cracked ice effect..

Sarah Hurley DT Challenge something 3D

Hiya Guys, I'm back off me hols :( we had a totally brill time in Flamingoland

i just love the place ya know.

Here's my dt project for the Sarah Hurley Challenge blog

this week it's to make something 3D.

It sure was strange hangin these on the tree in my back

with the sun blazing down lol

I made them using the christmas cheer cd,

it's amazin what you can do with 12 circles a piece of wire and glue dots.

Well thats it for now, i'm mega excited cause tomorrow

i'm goin to Blackpool for the swich on and my new fella is gonna be there

Sarah Hurley DT card Challenge 4

Hiya guys,what a horrible day here, its been blinkin raining

all night an its showing no signs if stopping.

My card for today is my DT card for the Sarah Hurley Challenge Blog,

this week it's Claires turn to pick the challenge and she choose ANIMALS.

Since i was playing around with the new Christmas Cheer CD,

i decided to do a Christmas card and used the cute penguins.

The papers and the fabby ticket sentiments are also form the cd.

Sarah Hurley DT card Challenge 3

Morning guy's, i really should have posted this yesterday but the day passed in a blur i was in work all day then i had a darts meeting. Anyways this weeks challenge over at Sarah Hurley Challenges is ROMANCE it was set by our guest team member Sue

For my card i printed out the red butterfly paper, But my printer was

set on draft and it came out a lovely pink,

then i done another in red, the butterfly and sentiment have been embossed

with clear embossing powder.

Sarah Hurley challenge 1

Evening guys, i have been so bad this post should have been on here on Monday but i have been sooo busy with card orders but they are all done now. pop over to the Sarah Hurley challenge blog and take part in our first challenge it's a colour combo,,Petrol blue, Steel grey and olive/sagey green.

I haven't got these colours yet so i just used the nearest to them out of my pro markers, i did realy stuggle with this one i must be honest , but i think it turned out ok. I printed some of the cute owl digi stamps off the woodland whimsies cd and coloured them with pro markers. I tryed out deb's tip of using the blender pen to take some of the colour out to give the effect of feathers on the owls (Thanks deb's x)

The backing papers you can just about see are also on the cd.

For my card today i have made a new baby card using the pink gingham paper from woodland whimsies 2 cd and the cute deer digi stamp, the embossed panel is a cuttlebug folder that has been inked, the flowers are also from the cd i cut them and added some tiny beads to the centre.

A New Challenge Blog and a Blog Hop

Passion for Pro markers Animals

This is my entry for the passion for promarkers challenge blog. This week it's all about animals so i decided to use this cute deer digi stamp and matching papers from Sarah Hurley's woodland whimises cd you can find them here. I have coloured the deer with promarkes an i coloured the ribbon as well to match, i only buy white ribbon now and use my pro markers to change the colour that way i always have a matching ribbon plus it's cheaper as well

Morning everyone, well it's a miserable day here today, i knew it would be cause i'm off work ha ha always happens to me oh well i'll just have to have a craft day instead of being in the sunshine.

i have made some more cards using the woodland whimsies cd's by Sarah Hurley i'm just loving these at the moment, if you have a bit of stash money waiting to be spent these cd's would be a brilliant buy.

I'm so excited at the minute as well because my first granddaughter is due to be born on the 12th July and i just cant wait to meet her..

My first sample for Sarah Hurley CD's

hi there,the cd's finally came on Monday and i couldn't wait to get started, the woodland whimsies cd's are just totally fab there is so much on them, backing papers, embellies, ribbons, buttons and digi stamps oh wow I'm gonna have some fun playin with these let me tell ya........

This is my first card using them i have used the owl image and matching papers from the woodland whimsies 2 cd. I have inked the edges of the papers with distress inks and coloured the owl with pro markers. I also followed the sketch from Sunday sketch and stamp so i'm entering it into the challenge this week.
