It's a girlie thing

it's Friday and that means a new challenge over at Polkadoodles

this week it all about the girls (anything goes)

I have used a fab digi image form the new collection ( you can get it here)

It's called girl talk and it has everything from bags to shoes and

what girl doesn't like them right....

I went with another cas card I think I'm getting the hang of this style now..

Make it Colourful - Blue and Yellow

Hi Guy's I'm back again 

this time with my entry to this months Make it Crafty challenge.

This month the gals have challenged us to colour in blue & Yellow for the easy challenge,

the hard challenge is to colour the sun and water too....eeekkkk I'm gonna

give it a try later today so we will see what happens.

For my card I have used one of the MIC fairy's I normally add her to a flower so she sitting on it

but this time I left it out, but I think she's getting herself ready to take off and fly...

The card blank was cut on my cameo and the file was from the sil store.

thank goodness all the mayhem that follows Christmas

and New Year is over for another year....I did enjoy it this year

but oh my i'm glad its over....

Onto my reason for today's post, it's time for another challenge over at

That Craft Place, this time the theme is CHARMING..

so add a charm to your project. 

I was looking through my charms to pick one to use when I found this tea pot

and I just knew I wanted to use this new image from Saturated Canary it matches

her perfectly. I went with a cas card as well because I printed the image out quite big.

wow I can't believe how fast that last year went,

Polkadoodles Friday

this week at Polkadoodles it's CHRISTMAS anything goes

And I have decorated a candle to put on the 

dinner table on Christmas day.

I used an angel image form the Angelberry cd, added some 

gold ribbon and a piece of rose ribbon trim to finish it off.

I love how it turned out and it was really quick to do too.

Make it crafty, Wedding card

I'm back again this time I'm havin a bash at the 

make if crafty facebook dt call..Love this group

on Facebook everyone is so helpful and I have learnt so much from them all.

There is a sketch challenge every month also a colouring

challenge to make us push ourselves.

I adore all the images in the store, especially love the fact 

you can make scene's up with them..I have used 3 of my new fave images.

The geek couple have got wed...

I have merged 3 images together to make this scene up.

Most of the image was coloured with copics, the little

picture frame I made myself using my meltpot and a mould I made.

So here it is my entry for the call.....

It would be one of the best Christmas prezzies If I got a place....

Keep your fingers crossed for me...

Polkadoodles DT card- A sketch

Oh I do love a sketch,

 for my take on the sketch for this weeks challenge 

I have use an image from the A Home For Christmas CD,

 the fab image has been coloured with copics and promarkers,

 I added a few die cuts to finish it off. I wanted the image to really pop off the page

 so I went with an embossed paper.

Digi galore, fireworks, bright colours

this time around at Digi Galore the theme is FIREWORKS.

Now when I heard Saturated Canary was the sponsor I got real

excited cause we got to pick an image to play with..

At the time of picking my image I had idea in my head..

then when I can to make it I couldn't remember what I was goin to do lol

So I came up with this and added the quiky sentiment....Think I just about

got away with it..

So fireworks, bright colours or just cheat a little like me haha

Splodgeaway 2 masks 1 card

Morning Guy's,

I'm sharing a new baby card with you today, I have used 2 masks from splodgeaway

to create this card.

I used the fairy dust layout for the stars and the Maria and Annette special for the tips of the stars

I made the star shaped card using one of my fave

files from Sandra's Scrapshop. The image is of course Saturated Canary.

The sentiment is a new one from Ditzie Designs available from That Craft Place.

Polkadoodles - Make a box

this week at the  Polkadoodles Challenge Blog it's Anything goes Christmas
...there is a cool tut on the blog so take a peep at that if you need some inspiration .

I went with a box this week and this was so easy to make.
The box was cut onto some printed card from the cd.
 I'll be makin them for the girls in

work for Christmas and will be filling them with chocs mmmm.
I made it using A Home For Christmas CD

Halloween at that craft place

this fortnight at That Craft Place it's Erin's turn to pick the challenge,

and what else would she pick but HALLOWEEN.....

I decided to have a go at a layout using a photo of my

Granddaughter from last year.
