I’m glad you all could Hop along to CELEBRATE with us Redonkulous Style. As some of you may know, Sheryl the owner, creator, and artist of Redonkulous Designs recently gave birth to her second child. A Sweet Baby Girl named Serina. Even thought Mom & Dad must be dogged tired they are all healthy and happy. Congratulations to you both and MOM make sure you enjoy every minute.

Polka Doodles Friday

I'm Excited whoo hoo

I have some fab news to share, I'm now part of the fabulous DT

over at That Craft Place...

It is a brilliant team and I still cant believe I'm working with these ladies

they are all so talented..Thanks for having me girlies....

My first challenge is VINTAGE and oh can I say this had me stumped so I pulled out Tilda

and used what I call the freezer crackle technique (I dont know what it's really called)

Hopefully you can see it a little better in this close up pic.

Polka Doodles Friday

Hi Guy's

This week at Polkadoodles we are celebrating the end of the Olympics.

So we want you to make a celebration card..

For mine this week I have used a mixture of CD's for this card.

The image and sentiments are off the Candy Doodles Collectors Edition,

the papers are from Pretty Sweet.

I have distressed everything with distress inks and of course the image is

coloured with my beloved copics :-)

Redonkulous Designs DT Day

Hi again I'm back and so soon too....

This time I wanted to share my Redonkulous Designs dt inspiration card with you.

I fell in love with this image( the wedding couple)the first time I seen the fabulous Kim use it.

I wanted the groom to be in a white suit so I simply added a little shading using a cool grey

copic marker, then I decided to do the same with the bride only I used a warm grey for her dress.

I totally love how it turned out.. dont forget to stop by Kim's blog and see what

The Great Outdoors

Afternoon all,

Today I have a card to share with you using one of my favourite

saturated canary images she's called Orchid Love.

I've coloured her with copics, the papers are from first edition, the cloth I have used on this is actually gauze the dentist gave my son when he had a tooth out,

in true crafters style I took it off him and gave him some cotton wool, he didn't need to use it anyway lol....

I made this card for the Saturated Canary Challenge, this fortnight the theme is

The Great Outdoors.

It also fits into the challenge over at Paper Crafting Journey which is Anything Goes.

I chose some sentiment stamps, some borders and a cute little fairy..

I have used one of the sentiments on my card today.

I have used a mix of Magnolia stamps that a friend kindly made up for me ages ago.

I have coloured tilda with copics and added a few flowers and a metal butterfly

from my stash.
